Experimental features and bug fixes.

This update focuses on the new Experimental features as well as bug fixes.

Redesign of the settings window. All settings are now in one single window.
New Experimental Features:
- Maintain view position after zooming: Disables the automatic centering of the composition view after zoom adjustments.
- When using mouse wheel, change zoom relative to (Requires "Maintain view position after zooming" enabled):
  - View Panel Center (AE default): Change zoom relative to the center of the Composition View panel.
  - Cursor Position: Change zoom relative to your mouse cursor.
- Change zoom only when cursor is inside viewport: Key bindings that include mouse events (e.g., key combinations with Scroll Wheel or Mouse Click) will only be triggered when the cursor is positioned within the composition view.
The values in the drop-down list of preset values can now be modified.
Fix for high DPI (Retina) displays: New setting that fixes an issue where the actual zoom value displayed on high DPI displays differed from the value set in the script UI panel.
Accessibility Permissions no longer required (macOS): Zoom plug-in has been updated to function without requiring Accessibility permissions. This eliminates the need for users to grant the plug-in access to system-wide accessibility features on macOS. If you previously enabled Accessibility permissions, you can now disable them in System Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Accessibility -> Adobe After Effects if you don't need them for any other purpose.

Important Note: The features marked as "Experimental" use internal After Effects functionality and might exhibit some instability, especially in the future versions of After Effects. Currently tested versions: Windows: CC2019-CC2024, macOS: CC2021-CC2024.
